Casa Brooks offers an elegant and exclusive vacation experience in one of the most popular golf and resort communities in Los Cabos, making it the ideal getaway for a big family or group of friends. When you stay at Casa Brooks in Cabo Del Sol, you can spend your days relaxing by the pool, at the beach or on the golf course.

You'll feel right at home in this lavish two-story hacienda-style thanks to its magnificent interior design. You are welcomed by a stunning courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by precise brickwork and old-world embellishments as soon as you enter the large double-door foyer. The living room will greet you with striking wide ocean views. There are 10 bedrooms in the villa, plus a separate, complete apartment with a separate entrance and kitchen. Meal service and entertainment are made simple by the seamless flow between the formal dining room, main kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area.

Take a refreshing swim at the pool and sundeck with direct view to the endlessly blue ocean, some of the 10-bedrooms have doors that open to outdoor terraces and the home's courtyard. As the sun sets over the sand and ocean, unwind on one of the six loungers, cool down in the pool, or take a plunge in the Jacuzzi. There are numerous fire pits and large seating areas, so there is never a concern about running out of room. A covered eating table and a grilling area are also included in the outside living space.

Please note that the beach directly in front of the villa is NOT accessible to renters. A private, members only club occupies this area and is NOT available for use by renters. There is an accessible beach beside the Sheraton Hotel and requires either a golf cart or car to get to.

* An additional $150 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 22 guests.

* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.
