The villa's bedroom layout features two sumptuous primary suites: one offering a deep soaking tub and dual vanities, and another opening onto its own private palapa-covered terrace with a spacious double-vanity shower. Two additional guest bedrooms, each impeccably designed with multiple beds and en-suite bathrooms, provide exceptional comfort and versatility for families or traveling groups.

• Housekeeping (except Saturdays and Mexican Holidays).

Villa Policies:

• There is a no-smoking policy in place (indoor and outdoor). A $500 USD penalty can be added.

• No pets allowed.

• All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
